Scientific Endeavours Towards Sustainable Nutrition and Public Health

(Open for Postdoctoral and Teaching opportunities and paper collaborations)

Decades long passion for research, perseverance, progressive accrual of skills, and accountability in deliverables tempered me towards conducting high-level innovative research while mentoring students and peers towards sound and rigorous scientific output. Studies addressing problems in food technology, nutrition, food security, public health, and sustainability carried out during my academic endeavours in Sri Lanka, India, and Australia brought me international collaborations, grants, and casual employments including collaborations with the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations and casual contract with Lancaster University. Currently, I am in pursuit of leveling up my research career and learn through shared research, teaching and learning experiences and contribute meaningfully to our common sustainable food future

I am currently located at Deakin Marine Centre, Queenscliff, Victoria 3225, Australia. Drop in to learn more about my research!
